Jacob was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about the issue with our dishwasher. He was able to make it useable in the short term, and returned quickly to make the permanent repair. We would absolutely request Jacob again for future repairs and happily recommend him.

GE washing machine pump needed replacement. EAS Technician, Jacob, did a good assessment amd identified the issue for water not draining properly was problem with pump. He left and returned within a couple of hours and replaced the pump and the washing machine is working again. Very professional and personable. Explained process so I was comfortable with his work.

Jacob was amazing! So glad I called EAS. I had my dishwasher serviced in February of this year by another company. This other company replaced the motor because the blades weren't spinning. A couple of weeks ago, the blades stopped working again. I called EAS this time instead of the other people because my interactions with Etgar have always been good, he always seemed very honest and kind. Jacob came on time, actually early. He assessed and based on what I had told him about what the other service person did to replace the motor, he problem solved and found that it wasn't installed properly and the seal wasn't actually fully sealed, causing the blades to not work properly. It was also not leveled and in place. He fixed all that and I didn't need to spend unnecessarily.

Really appreciate honesty service and people! Highly recommend.
